Shawn and his wife Jennifer moved to Prescott in 2005 to raise their two daughters outside of the "metropolis". Shawn had owned and operated a 100+ agent real estate brokerage prior to the parent company selling to a national firm. He was also a partner in Property Management, Mortgage, and Escrow firms. Licensed since 1989, and a Broker since 1997, Shawn has served on numerous professional and community committees including:  Professional Standards, Budget, Burbank Center for the Retarded, Big Brothers of Los Angeles, Pasadena Fire EMS reserves, and Arizona Children's Association. He has also been elected by his peers as
                     "Realtor of the Year", Director, Association President, and State Regional Chairman.

Jeff graduated from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in 1989. After spending 13 years in the NASA space shuttle program in Houston, Texas, and earning an MBA, he returned to Arizona to raise his children. Starting and selling several companies, Real Estate became his business of choice. Attention to detail, contract writing, and a knack for finding the right property are his strong suits and he looks forward to finding your next property.

Debra specializes in vacant land and new home construction transactions.  Her experience in the construction realm is second to none. 

A graduate of University of Arizona, and an extensive 10 year Insurance background provided the foundation for my Real Estate career which began 12 plus years ago. My business philosophy starts with a strong community involvement and support. Since moving to the Prescott area, I have become an active member of the Prescott Chamber of Commerce, the Prescott Frontier Days committee, Friends of Yavapai College Arts Foundation as Director of Corporate Membership. My husband and I are active in our residential community and in the local car enthusiasts club, supporting fund raising events for local charities.
